Sure, it's the Street's newest darling. And sure, it's got great word of mouth and packed stores full of hungry -- and addicted -- customers salivating for Chipotle's simple, fresh, and reasonably priced fare. But most importantly, Chipotle's got a solid business underneath all that hype and sizzle, with expanding revenues and earnings. And with the Hispanic population and the U.S. market for fresh, organic food both booming, Chipotle might just find itself in a demographic sweet spot. Me? I just like the chihuahua-sized burritos.
