It's a restaurant. So what it uses "free-range" animals? Who cares? The market doesn't. Simple fact, in a recession people cut costs. They don't eat out as much, especially at $4 a gallon gas. Restaurants will get hit hard. With a P/E of 40, this baby is way overvalued. My guess is it drops like a lead balloon in the near future.
