This bank is conservative and has largely sidestepped the subprime and credit crisis. Earnings have already taken the hit from writedowns in Florida so with THIS bank, the worst is over and it wasn't even that bad.

I just have to jump back in on this one. Any bank that changes from a national to a state charter, presumably to avoid regulation by the OCC, just cannot have a bright future ahead of it.
