I believe this company has underestimated it's potential for bad loan losses. Significant growth that will probably be left unachieved is priced into this company's stock price. Banks earn income by borrowing money at one rate and loaning it out at a higher rate, this company is proportionally borrow less and loaning out less as well. I get a fair market value around $13.50 when compared with industry peers. Even if you believe this bank is superior in its industry its hard to justify a price over 20.
