Costco is a great company that is very generous to both consumers and its workers. It offers the lowest prices to customers by the way they deal with vendors. They are also to improve efficiency by paying thier employees what they deserve. As long as they are able to manage the company the way they do they will perform the way they do. They are also to have high turnover on their products which means they have a high volume of sales. With the great relationship with vendors they are able to keep products on the shelf without paying vendors until that product is sold. They also generate a great amount of revenue with their membership program not even having to sell the product.
