From the annual report: "If we do not receive sufficient purchase orders ... we will need additional financing and failure to obtain such financing would jeopardize our ability to continue as a going concern. We expect our expenses to continue to grow. We have a history of operating losses and may continue to see losses in the future. We face competition from a number of companies and may not be able to compete against more established companies with greater resources."
