Wow. Missed revenue estimates with severe YOY decreases. Beat earnings estimates, but only because they threw the kitchen sink into extraordinary items. Last I checked, builders have not yet asked for building permits. No new home, no revenue growth for ACs. I'll cover around $16.5 within 3 months.
