Jesse Livermore once said that one should never fight the tape. The company seems to have very strong fundamentals but there are glaring red-flags that have been raised by other Fools on the commentaries here.For one, Cray seems overly reliant on DARPA funding which if history is anything to go by, cannot be reliable in the long run.Second, they seem overly exposed to the trends towards cloud computing which may eliminate the need for some of Cray's computing solutions.
