I like CRK for two reasons (1) it holds 49% of BDE and (2) production going up in their onshore East Texas drilling program. Look for EPS to crush the First Call estimates for several quarters to come.

I think CRK sold BDE to SGY in 2008, then used the $$ to pay down debt and buy Haynesville Shale leases.
