Current news suggest the Permit will be issued to KRY at any moments....if that happens Stock will bounce tremendously...However, if permit rejected (which is very unlikely), stock shouldn't sink more then 15% down. So if you compare Risk(15% down) Vs. Reward(more then 100% up), i would definitely suggest KRY.
