Today CSCO is 26.3 and I'm going to be bold and forecast it will hit 37.5 by Dec 2008.

CSCO sales and share price should grow in step with these three hot trends:

1) Increasing telco spending on VoIP and 3G/4G/EVDO infrastructure,
2) Increasing use of on-demand video broadcasting (e.g. YouTube, NHL.com)
3) Global cinema theatres migrating from film to digital viewing and distribution technologies.

I validate that you know what you are talking about. I am a Network Engineer in a Hospital environment. We have a switched network on a Cisco Infrastructure with Dell PoE switches handling VoIP services. Our LAN network is mid-size (250 users). The Dell switches can not handle half of the load on the Cisco switches. This includes priority queuing based on DSCP for Quality of Services, intra-VLAN communication, and spanning-tree differences. To make a long story short, both switches support standard protocols; which presents excellence in a non-fully meshed environment, but the Cisco Switch heavily outperforms the Dell switches. I fully concur with on-demand video broadcast, VoIP, and other protocols used for specified technologies over a LAN/WAN environment. Thanks for your post. Excellence can mean patience sometimes. "A little bit mo! A little bit mo!" - keeps running through my head.

That's not bold. I am saying CSCO hitting 34 by Dec 2007 and 42 by Dec 2008.
