This is a risky one. It is in the banking business for mid-size businesses, and they make good money. However, the whole credit crisis has pulled them down.
When the crisis is over, this one will be valued by investors again. In the mean time the 17% or so dividend is a bonus. Just hoping that they will not cut that (as a REIT, they are forced to return 90% of their profits). I am considering this one for real money.
