Value play in deeply out of favor sector and a larger more goegraphically diversified version of Bill Mann's recent pick MDC. Less managment issues as well. Potential additional upside if they weather a downturn in the housing market fairly well. They may get some significant multiple expansion as the market seems to be unfairly lumping the new corporate type mega home builders in with traditional regional builders who lived and died by the health of a single market.
