I'd be surprised to see this company around a year from now. They just don't have the capital to survive this climate for another year.

construction must meet 1.3 million units annually to keep up with demand and homes being torn down, not currently being done.

Come on... there's no way I'd suggest you buy into the housing market right now. We have too many empty homes sitting on the market as it is. Why build new houses people can't afford.Just wait until their earnings are releas...
