Citrix Systems is an early Pioneer in the Server-Dumb Terminal computer archecture Model where the user communicates with the Server Network over a relatively Dumb terminal. All of or at least most of the Application software resides on the server, the client accesses the software applications through at terminal.
A newer Citrix Systems offering is Go-To-Meeting(R) where meetings are held over the network rather than aboard a Cruse Ship to Paradise, otherwise known as Hawaii. Personally, KCFA would prefer the cruse to the vertual meeting over the network; the virtual meeting IS more cost-effective; way, way less Fun.
