CUTR had been a consistent performer until it was sued for patent infringement by PMTI. It has now settled that suit and should resume its growth. CUTR is in a good position to profit from the aging of the baby boomers. It offers cosmetic improvements that are less invasive and expensive than cosmetic surgery.
