I expect oil prices to stay high most of this year. And we KNOW oil companies are going to make a profit.

This is the time for the oil stocks. I believe they are stable and will just keep going up, barring some type of natural disaster.

The price of oil will continue to grow even with these large swings in prices. Consumers will still be drawn to the monster truck sized SUV's and will still purchase transported to stores using planes, trains and automobiles.

CVX just annouced a 2 billion investment in south asia, this is a fairly undeveloped area as far as gas and oil exploration. they have discovered a large untapped field just off the coast of Thialand.
