Take a burdensome debt load, add an over-supply of housing and slumping commercial real estate in the US and you've got little improvement for Cemex on the horizon for quite awhile. Despite being an international company they are very reliant on construction in the US, and I'm smelling a very slow recovery. It's amazing this one's still rated 5 stars in CAPS. This stock will be very hard pressed to keep pace with the S&P.

Yes these problems are real and i don't think this company is run well if you read cx topix with all the stuff in there from former employees. including myself they show more problems then meet the eye.

Does CX do much business in infrastructure, or is it mostly homes?
