When's the last time something concerning the airlines was going good?
Unless gas prices go down or Delta Air Lines finds some other way to make money, the only way this stock is going is down. The only future for airlines is maybe in mergers between them, so that competition is reduced and they can charge customers more money.

With fuel costs at an all time high, people are going to start to rely on mass transportation instead of their own vehicles. Delta is a large enough company that it will see through the hard times and in 5-6 years I think you will see Delta near the top in record profits.
