DAL and NWA will not merge because it is impossible to resolve the pilot seniority issue. Also, the government will never ever approve it. Airline consolidation will only occur when they all go bankrupt again and the government runs the airline industry. $100 plus oil is here to stay and will only accelerate the airline financial bleeding. Sell all airline stocks now as they are rapidly descending into penny stock land.
