Darling keps buying other companies.
Any idea why this is down 8 percent so far today with heavy volume? I couldn't find any public news. They recently closed an acquisition but the impact from that seemed to have occured already.

Really odd. My worst performer for the day out of like 20 stocks. Maybe since it has been a steady gainer for months, I am guessing the public is expecting some equity dilution to follow this large buyout, even though mgmt has stated that is going to happen.
Ooops. Stated NOT going to happen.
Excessive buying of companies can also be a bad sign.
