They are already suing some people I know on seeking alpha. To answer your question, no I am not concerned. I have the right to say that a company is using questionable accounting practices. Its called freedom of speech! I have the research to back-up my claims if they have a problem.
Even if their accounting is up to par, this is what worries me:
