A slowdown in consumer spending seems to be more than adequately priced into the shares at this level. The UGGS brand continues to be in favor, if my local shoe store is any indication. At that store, UGGS sell out rapidly.

While the current price seems a little too high, it's expanding it's range internationally. The UGGs range is gathering a lot of interest abroad.
