Dekenia Corp originally intended to enter into an aquisition of an insurance company by August 1, 2008 and if it did so would have 6 months to complete the aquisition before being forced to liquidate and give stockholders their money back. On July 16th they claim to have met this criteria for the the additional six months, but there has been no information about what company they may be aquiring. So now they have until February 7, 2009. I have a feeling that they'll be liquidating.
