Solid competitive advantage (distribution, purchasing and manufacturing), enormous returns on capital (50%+), shareholder-friendly mgmt with significant ownership and priced at a discount to fair value. Dell can grow cash flows 10-12% over the next few years; investors have priced in half that growth.
