A few commericals come to mind...
"Dude, you're getting a Dell." Dell guys gets caught getting high--probably while waiting for tech support.

I've been in Iraq for a couple of years, but those Capital One commercials with the Vikings reminds me of what other companies are doing to get Dell's market share.

Which reminds me about the Wizard of Omaha when he was still running a textile mill, and his people came to him telling him about this new piece of technology. Everyone else can have this new piece of technology too. So there was no real competitive advantage. There's the argument that Dell is now a logistics company. If you want to buy a logistics company buy UPS or FedEx.
