All Dell needs is to improve their customer service. They have an outstanding brand. Wherever I go I bump into a Dell. PC market might be slowing, but Dell wil remaim the dominant player, if they just improve their customer service. Price has been knocked down nicely, so it should gp up from here. Windows vista won't hurt.
