Lost their competitive advantage over HP, New Competitors such as RACK, Long term accounting scandal, options backdating scandal, inventory build, loss of co-marketing dollars from Intel, still strong dependence on selling Intel's 32bit only laptops and desktops which are based on obsolete technology and not desired by the informed public as these machines will never run Vista 64bit Edition. For those reasons, I rate Dell a Sell here.
