Dell will take appropriate steps to fix their image and deliver as they used to. Michael Dell might possibly return as CEO as other founders have done to fix their company (Charles Schwab for example). Once Windows Vista and Office 2007 ship, Dell will see increase sales in PC, laptops and servers and their direct selling model will play in their favor.
