Oh, Boy... here I am... on my Dell laptop... that I had to send in for service 17 (YES!! 17!!) times in ONE YEAR... (they eventually replaced it with a REFURBISHED one) Dell is no longer on top of its game... products are not what they used to be, customer service is...misleading... at best... (I have never seen so many commercials advertising Normal, English speaking people, then when you call for support, youre sent STRAIGHT TO INDIA!)The best thing that happened to Dell in a long time was the
