Its valuation is extremely low. It's a dominant tech company that will probably be around for a very long time. PE of 5.75, dividend yield of 3.4%, and the upcoming Windows 8, which adds a touch UI and opens up the tablet market.
The only thing I'm concerned about are the huge amounts of acquisitions. This could turn into a HP situation where billions get squandered on bad acquisitions. I understand that Dell is trying to move to higher margins, but I'm not sure if it will work. It's something to keep an eye on.
