Michael Dell is buying at $24/share (if that doesn't tell you the whole story, nothing does). Now everybody is saying their business model makes no sense any more... that makes for a short memory-span if you ask me. Dell still has the best logistics of anybody in the business. The thing is, once their customer support gets back to where it should be (and from personal experience it has been great lately), that stock will be a superstar. It dominates the US, grows in Europe and is the second best in Asia. Microsoft is coming up with Vista and Intel with the new dual-processing 667Mhz motherboards (which can fully utilize fast RAM and the Core Duo 2). They also started offering AMD chipsets. Bill Miller thinks it's worth $40 long-term. I'm not going to disagree. Look for it to hit $27-28 within 6-9 months.
