I am a Dell customer, I have bought 3 computers from them so far. Although I have gotten mad at them before for rebate issues and lap top screens breaking, they have made things right and I am over it. I like Dells cheap prices and the online site, no other company gives you those kinds of choices. Dell is a efficiant company that makes decent quality cheep costing goods. and they make a profit doing it. You cant beat that.

I bought a new laptop for myself and its a HP not Dell, they had a better price, and you can custimize what you want in your laptop on HP's web site just like on Dells. Dell has a better web site though, but I have noticed after doing a lot of reasearch for my new laptop that Dell does not offer all the options available out there and they often make it hard to compare to other systems by having there componets a little different, so a Dell may apear cheaper but that is only because they have subsituted some cheap part in the place of a better one. What I do not understand is why dell will not put or give you the option to put high quality graphics cards in there systems. without paying a whole lot for it, buy upgrading to there top line laptops. It is like Dell thinks customers will not figure it out.
