This company is a turn-around play. Denny's has shut down old, non profitable stores, paid off debt, hired a very experienced chairman, I think they will soon be the company they once were.

Strong leadership is getting them out of their debt load. Greatest assets are the real estate their stores sit on. Look for them to unload underperforming locations. It will take time but should see a steady increase quarter to quarter.
