Well i have concerns with health of the company.It currently has a 6% rate of return the p/e is 15.06 and the industies at 22.34 so i belive that its at a good price to buy.But i would have to say growth and pritability is teetering!

You have to be careful with Denny's. At $3 or so it's definitely a bargain, but once it inches past the $3 mark it seems to get slammed again. Look for this one to outperform the S&P, but in a little while.
