Dear DGIT Founder,
Why did you sell so many of your shares into the market only weeks before your company guided down. Surely as a graduate of Georgetown Law School, you know full well that your sale here stinks of a 10b5 violation! The lawsuits are coming, and unless you can argue that you aren't watching the company very closely, you are sure to end up losing in court. And if you try to argue that, you'll end up with a whole new lawsuit. Silly, silly millionaire. You'll never catch up with the wildcatters at the country club. You had better stick to the slow but stead profits made by selling them luxury cars.
