Housing industry still has a long way to fall. We should hit bottom in late spring or early summer. We might hit bottom sooner if the Fed cuts rates, which I believe will happen in Feb 2007, unless inflation is out of control. Home prices will errode far worse then they have thus far. The financial devastation in housing hasn't even started yet.

Congratulations on making this pick back in November last year. I did not jump on this bandwagon myself until last April. Great pick!
