With interest rates staying low and the economy still growing, the housing sector will recover somewhat. DR Horton is one of the best in the industry. Current P/E is a lowly 6.9.

This company is a long term play. Will survive the downturn and be ready to capitalize on competition weakness when the upswing begins. Not to mention you get a nice dividend in the mean time
