Swinging for the fences here... Disney is down and nobody likes it right now. Nobody is going to Disney World.... but Disney owns ESPN. People can't afford to go to the game, so they watch it on tv.
OK... Wall-E probably gets an award. Disney is back on top! Disney has a stranglehold on production and distribution of its movie related products. The new(ish) CEO is one of Steve Jobs' only friends. Apple buys Disney in order to grab distribution rights to those movies and other brand items and creates growth in an entirely new direction.
I find it amazing how Disney goes up and then its like clock work by our stockbrokers to sale! The only one thats making money is our STOCK BROKERS! do you know, if before trading you'd stop and think, Disney would be in the high $30.00 bracket! I'm keeping on, as I look form it to reach higher , as long as the Stock broker doesn't push you!!!! From my research that Disney is going to split within 2 to 3 years! GO DISNEY, Go Mickey, lets do it!!!!! Theres no way to kill the house of Mouse!
What's great about Disney is that it's its own diversified portfolio. There are movies, parks, television stations, real estate, cruise lines, music, sports teams... and it's already international and continues to grow globally. When the economy starts to recover, people are going to Disneyworld! The Disney machine keeps on going. This company has evolved through the years and will continue to do so.
