There was a time when I thought this was the winning team...but lately the truth is unfolfing that proves they are not. DISH is a 799 pound gorilla and they're losing weight fast...losing lawsuits and appeals is not the best way to advance. So what do our DISH friends do? They appeal some more...and then there's this whole orbit problem with the latest HD launch.

Bad news follows these guys because they can't admit when they're wrong...
