The CEO has 20 years tenure, the founder is still with the company on the board. The company has strong margins, gains most of its profit from intellectual property licensing and is the industry leader in developing products to engineer and broadcast sound for movie and music. I think there will always be the desire for better products to deliver sound as well as to record it and so new technologies in this area will be welcome.
