Low ROE and ROA. VERY high debt and debt/equity. More mature company. Heading into slower time of year for donuts and coffee. I like KKD much more in this space: almost no debt, and lost of room to grow.
I would guess you're not a regular customer of the chain like I am. The debt does scare me a bit, but the chains competition should be even more scared. SBUX franchisees should be having nightmares about DD branches opening up near their stores. Their profits won't disappear entirely but will go down noticeably if that happens.
