The management fee is on the high side (Expense Ratio 2.26% according to Morningstar.com)- but I like the dividends. Currently at a 13.33% yield, DNP pays 0.06/share (according to Google Finance). The shares are cheap- relative to their perceived value.
MarketWatch.com reported on Dec 15 that DNP declared dividend distributions through February 2009.
To me, it makes since that I get paid to put my money at risk- especially in turbulent market circumstances. High yield, dividend paying stocks seem like a good way to strategize the market.
