Digital River has generated consistent free cash flow growth for several consecutive years and appears capable of continuing this trend. Also, Digital River’s balance sheet is in great shape, with virtually no long-term debt. It is already a market leader in an industry that has potential for rapid growth over the next several years. Management’s decision to compete in vertical markets should give a further boost to the company’s earnings over the next several years.
