Strong earnings growth from new charters.

Drys is in a high demand industry and not enough suppliers. The drybulk ship carrier is well positioned to benefit for the near-to mid term as it takes time to correct the imbalance and in the mean time it's margins will be improved.

Their net profit margin is very high. Institutional ownership is still fairly low and the shipping industry isn't going away anytime soon.

Entire sector of dry shippers is on fire. GNK, DRYS, and TBSI should all do very well as bulk shipping is growing and new ships can't be added due to ship building constraints.

I picked this stock up at $13. I can't believe how well it's done. I remember being attracted to the balance sheet and % of insider holdings. For some reason the people short on this consider the high insider ownership to be a bad thing. I guess ...
