Broadening product offerings and expanding its bundling capabilities through the Current JV will drive revenue/subscriber up for the near term. With household budgets squeezed, in-home entertainment options will become more attractive to middle American families. Add to that the continued high satisfaction ratings for customer service, and prospects look good. Biggest challenge: Keeping from growing faster than its cash flow will allow. The temptation to overspend on capex is compelling, but major capex investments take years to recover. Better to just keep churn low, current customers happy, and continue to show strong cash flow generation quarter in, quarter out.
