Dover Motorsports - stock has been flat for a few years but they are sitting on HUGE intrinsic value. As one of three independent tracks that host NASCAR premier league, demand for their two race dates are growing rapidly. DVD has a market cap of $100M, that last independenent NASCAR track to sell went for $340M. This stock has 4-bagger potential.
