Even in the economy that we have right now some businesses will continue to do well. I'm betting on Devon to continue the upward trend it is having. It should be business as normal with energy. No crisis here.

OK nat gas play; well managed. So long as the oil boom continues, DVN will be hot (not from the oil, gas and NGL heat, but the profits that are raked in...!)

I believe that this stock will lag in the next several weeks as the buyout news will fade and the oil/nat gas prices will fall as well. In the long term, DVN and CHK are big winners.

25% plus correction based on temporary decline in oil prices presents buying opportunity. Trading at p/e below 12. Does anyone really believe oil and gas prices will be lower in 2-4 years?
