The moving average is rising but the stock has been overbought and is showing signs of a pull back. After the dip, I'm in.

dvn has a good performance in the last 5 yrs, which reflects the company's good mgmt. Now it's p/e is lower than other big oil companys, so there is some obvious gain potential.
