The best thing about Dreamworks Animation is that is has such wide appeal to both children & adults.
And this kind of fun stuff keeps us all young beyond the workouts and the age cream. They tell fun stories, often that have good meaning to them, and the humor & creativity appeals to everyone. It works the mind, the fun parts of ze brain. As long as they continue on this path...what's not to love! See The Incredibles, see Wallace & Gromit; if you smile broadly during or after the films when reflecting or hanging around youngin's or with your friends...I'd say...by golly that's something to keep up with. Thumbs up!

Shrek 3 will be a mega-blockbuster, and speaks directly to the dynamic you're describing. Bee Movie, coming out in Fall 2007, also looks similar to me -- a bee is trying to sue the human race for all that honey we've been stealing. DWA may not be the creme-de-la-creme that Pixar was/is, but it's the only good public stock market direct play on this dynamic.
